[bodytext] => As the chirp of a distant cricket Reaches my ear, I look out at the dark night. Oh what colors I see so clear. My spirit feels so light. I see the soft glow of yellow lights illuminating tan buildings, And trees so green. It’s like a painting. All so peaceful and serene. The beauty is calming. Full of noise, yet silent and still. It makes its mark on my soul. How do I describe the awe I feel. Oh the grandeur on which my mind lulls. I am moved by the wonder I see. In words cannot be put my thoughts, Though much they mean to me. These feelings are things which can’t be bought. This moment lingers in my mind. Like a soft, sweet melody it twines. It etches itself in my mind.
