I don't feel it's getting better
But if my eyes could speak
They'd speak the words of darkness
Of confusion, fear, the future
It holds nothing in it's grasp
When it touches me I feel it's wrath
I found that the light in the tunnel
Is a dim candlelight flickering in the wind
As it blows by me I feel it's emptyness
As I smeel the aged dust
The end of the line has come
This train will not stop anymore
It's time to get off
With a broken soul
With a weight on my back
With a confused mind
To follow the tracks
As they lead to nowhere
The sun has been setting on this place always
With no one there to see it
It will hang for all of time [comments] => 2 [counter] => 214 [topic] => 13 [informant] => the_story_of_the_year [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 3 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => DarkPoetry )

this so sad and dark, it gave me chills, hope things aren't this dreary, and if they are, there's always hope...-Kay
