The good old days,
Turned into a greyish yellow.
Alas! the faded memories,
Swim in the colour of mind,
Yet,
Did not float in the deep ocean.
Those were the days, my friends,
I bear deep inside me.
All the reddish quarrels
Ended in the love of green heart.
We reaped together
The seeds of isolation.
The trees of passion
Were all full of flowers.
Those were the days, my friends,
I bear deep inside me.
The shatterd souls
Flew here and there
And one soul was formed,
In the dull noons.
The song of rain
Still brings back the drunk days.
Those were the days, my friends,
I bear deep inside me.
The nights were full of dream,
Reality was the day,
Waves of despair struck hard,
And still we stayed together.
Those were the days, my friends,
I bear deep inside me.
A sweet sour wickedness,
A bunch of eleven souls,
Searched the love tirelessly,
We threw away the lust
And embraced love
With all our purity.
Those were the days, my friends,
I bear deep inside me.
