I carry upon my back.
Pardon me while I burst.
Im tired now.
Nothing will ever be the same.

Itching the itch.
Burning the witch.
Evil prevails as justice dies.
Armys march.

Pardon me while I burn.
I know things change.
On earth we glide.
Nvere to take the same ride.

Dealt with death and its many friends.
Tapping the balance to catch myself off guard.
Wood is wood.
Death is among us.

Fearing the fear.
Walking into the nocturnal light.
Gazing at the sun as it falls.
Hopelessly we fall to our knee's.

The cross.
The sign of our savior burns.
Did we do this.
Why dont we indulge ourselves.
One last time.

Walking blind we trip.
This trip has a long fall.
I hate your blood.
It has soaked me.
Like now and so many times before.

Let us walk again.
In a new light.
Let us feast on our fears.
Dont we deserve it.
Let us be one.
One with one.

As we fall we hold one another.
We laugh.
Death has us in its clutches.
We smile and say grace.

We offend the offended.
We fight them back.
Take them with us.
Our misery inhales them.
Not for me but for him. [comments] => 4 [counter] => 158 [topic] => 13 [informant] => Mortis-Dark [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 12 [ratings] => 3 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => DarkPoetry )

Deep, dark and reflective.

An interesting poem.
