In a game of darts, you play hit or miss
Cosmic reaction, fireworks reach the sky
Chilled to the bone, in the blink of an eye.

The warmth of his body, pressed tight against mine
The weight of the judgement, you know is not fine
Sealed bag of remains, the casualty of love
You peer into the future, asking Heaven above.

Battle scars deep, skin to bone
Lost in the darkness, feeling alone
Take a piece of the solution, to heart
From there you will know where it ends, and it starts.
