and tears will fall
but now he's gone
beyond heaven's wall

i know it's hard
to hide the pain and sadness
times like this
just seems like madness

so just stay strong
i know it's tough
but things get better
after things get rough

it's hard to accept the reality
that such a good man is gone
but just remember he's watching
as he kneels down beside god's throne

i know it's hard to stay positive
at times like this
he was just one of those people
that everyone will miss

just dry up those tears
it's what he'd want you to do
and remember we're here
and we all love you

I lost a dear aunt last year from cancer that I felt this way about. I wanted her out of the pain but there was a part of me that didn't want to let go of her physical presence. It is so difficult to lose anyone but when it is someone you love, admire and respect, it is even more difficult. I know she wants me to go on and live but it is hard to think of her and not be able to call or go see her. I know your feelings here and I can sympathize with them. It is hard. He would be very proud of you for this write. He is with you everyday watching over you. Our loved ones always do from heaven.

Rita

I loved your postive outlook on this one...cuz I'm sure that's what he'd want for you... I have lost many loved ones... and I know it's painful..but once you keep them alive inside your heart, it becomes easier to deal with...
Hugs
Jenni
