I just want to die
No one understands
What makes me cry
Ive lied to my friends
And never told them about the one I love
If I do theyll just laugh
And tell me I have bad taste
And that who I went out with
Was just a waste
I lied to the one I loved
For two ******* years
Because I was scared
And he never knew
I was shedding all these tears
No one can just see
Im being pushed back and forth
To be someone I dont want to be
Which one is worth
Loving and keeping
They hate eachother
What can I do
The saddest thing in the world
Is knowing I can never be with him
And hell never know the real truth
That my only friends were forcing me
Into not saying a thing
I just want to fly away
Wheres my wing
So I dont have to tell the truth
And put up with all this guilt [comments] => 4 [counter] => 141 [topic] => 32 [informant] => xoblondiebabix3 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => SadPoetry )

Written with so much passion and sadness, you summed up the situation and guilt with much force, nicely done.

Damn the lies and the heart
From the world i wish to part
To see no cloud in my sky
To one day without a lie

Somthing it made me think of. I like you poem. It scrams such passion. But if they say such things are they your friends? ah the heart if a fickle thing. Perhapse one day well will see beyond the coulds.

Wow you can feel the frustration of living the lie in this.. I really enjoyed this poem.. always be true to yourself.. your friends should be more supportive true friends always are.. choices are yours to make not theirs to tell you what to feel or think.. don't always listen to others.. soemtimes you regret that

awesome job

peace and hope

Such frustration and pain,

clearly expressed, yes...

nice write, and portraying of your emotions...

Be who you are....

~let life be your lyrical song, everyday's the words, every year is a verse, because in the end, there is no 'repeat'~
