And tell me it's ok?
Won't somebody take my hand
And lead me the right way?
Won't somebody hit me
When I do nothing but insist?
Won't somebody hold me back
When I cannot reisist?
Won't somebody open my eyes
When I'm too blind to see?
Won't somebody push me back
Into reality?
Won't somebody break my heart
When I don't understand?
Won't somebody carry me
When I'm too weak to stand?
Won't somebody lift me up
Everytime I fall?
Won't somebody hear me
Everytime I call?
Won't somebody save me
From my worst mistake?
Won't somebody take my place
When my life it at the stake?
Won't somebody stop me
When they see me cry?
Will everybody pity me
Without knowing how or why?
Will somebody hurt me
Without reason or excuse?
Might somebody hurt me
With words meant to abuse?
What if someone judges me
For the choices I have made?
Will you be there to comfort me
When I feel I can't escape?
Will you be there to hold me
When my heart begins to melt?
Can you promise that you'll help me
When I can't help myself? [comments] => 1 [counter] => 219 [topic] => 32 [informant] => TAL [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 9 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => SadPoetry )
