I feel so tired
Just let me be for a while
I'll close my eyes
Hold back the sighs
And paint on my perfect smile

I don't know what's wrong
I'm like a sad song
I can't shake this feeling I have
It's all doom and gloom
But maybe sometime soon
I'll get the things that I crave

I'm feeling quite lost
Too much time on my hands
But these feelings are all down to me
I feel weak and confused
My mind I could lose
If you don't just let me be

Just give me some time
To fix problems that are mine
I'll deal with it in my own way
Just give me some space
And stay out of my face
There's things you just don't need to say

I see glimmers of hope
Growing up, more mature
But you've still got a long way to go
So we'll both remain calm
I'll give you quality time
And remember I love you so [comments] => 4 [counter] => 267 [topic] => 32 [informant] => AliB [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 4 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => SadPoetry )

I've got an aunt, a mother, and a grandmother who could all say the same thing about myself and my two younger cousins. We know we drive them insane, even if we don't really mean to, and we also know that even when they're on a crazily angry rampage with us, they still love us. (And we probably deserve the lecture)
Love,
Chels

Awwhhh Ali, this is sweet and sad at the same time. I know sometimes you want to rip your hair out, I get the same way. All you can do is support andlove them in the end. Make sure you get your quality time time love. Excellent poem, really emotional and heartfelt.

Love Dawny
