we’re in the attic
we’re in the attic now
it’s dark in here and
it’s light out there
it symbolizes death
playing roulette
is a dangerous game
You should have thought twice
this is not a love song
just a simple reminder
we should have reunited
now it’s over
we can’t go on
I can’t go on
maybe you’re happy
maybe you’re sad
words can never say
you never realized
silence in our lives
you watched me slowly die
silence in our lives
words can never say
silence was the way
now it’s the summer
I could be happy
but I’m in distress
I never asked for this
oh God I’m in a mess
I gave you what you wanted
but it was never enough
you saw right through me
but soon you’ll suffer

we’re in the attic now
it’s dark in here
and it’s light out there
it symbolizes death
just remember
this is not a love song

the time has come
it’s now my time
I picked it up
and held it to my head
my last thoughts were you
I did it for you
for you (gunshot)
