"REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE!"

Only a woman could possibly write this poem.
Walking in a women's shoes, a woman I've become.
Receiving a letter from Almighty God is awesome
Only with his guidance could I interrupt his wisdom.

A letter from God and this is what he says:

"It was I that created the Heavens and the Earth.
It was I that formed them and helped give them birth.
Man I created, and breathed life into his nostrils.
But it was the woman I fashioned after the angels.

Delicate she was, I had to create her from the man
Too fragile to breath life into her, you understand.
I put man to sleep, I didn't want him to interfere.
I chose his rib, which protects his life, you endear.

This bone protected his heart, lungs, and supported him.
Support you too will do, beautifully created from his rib's trim.
Characteristics as the rib, strong, yet delicate and fragile.
You will protect his most delicate organ, be his "Heart's Damsel!"

Centered is his heart, and his lungs will hold his breathe of life.
Broken first will be the rib cage, before harming heart's rife.
You will support man as the rib cage supports his body.
You were not taken from his feet, under him cheaply.

Taken from his side, to be by his side closely.
You're My Lovely Angel, My Beautiful little girl dearly
Grown into a splendid woman of excellence, and brilliance.
My eyes fill when I see your loving heart's virtues of patience.

Eyes, please don't change, lips, how lovely when praying.
A nose, so perfect in form, your heart like mine, loving, caring.
Hand's gentle touch, in deepest sleep I caressed your face.
Your heart I hold close to mine with kindness and grace.

Of everything that lives and breaths, you are most like Me!
Adam walked with Me in the cool of the day you see.
He was lonely, could not see or touch Me, just feel me.
Adam could not share with Me or experience Me.
My image, man represents, but woman have my emotions.

Together, two you will be, the totality of Me, your God.
"Tis to Me man will have answer, if you be not laud.
Man must love you, repect you, for you are very fragile.
Vengence is Mine if he is ever unkind, not careful, or cruel.

As a women, we have been put asunder, downtrodden.,
Slaves, even worse at times, beaten, bludgeoned
Close is the day, when all injustices will be gone..........
Beautiful woman everywhere, free...no love e'er again withdrawn!

"Remember Who You Are......You are a Beautiful Woman!
With a Beautiful Loving Heart just like
Your Loving Creator!"

Connie, there are no adjectives to describe the beauty you have written here to the proper degree. This is ... the beauty of a woman, what else could possible be said. Exquiste.

I am no male chauvinist nor am I a nineties feminist...I believe in the god given speciality of both sexes...as such I see the wisdom in your work here...the specialty, beauty, strenghts, gifts of ladies....to man and the world...a man has his specialty too...such is the will and greatness of God....I know people are going to rag me but with this kind of grace who needs equality??? he he he...nice write by the way.

Wonderful! Adding the Dave Barry quote was a stroke of genius. I believe that God has the spiritual characteristics of both men and women, since He created us in His image. I really enjoyed this.
