latent in the heart, just remember and smile. [bodytext] => A crescendo of cries
Permeate the sky
Beneath the pail radiant moon
Shadows drape the sloppy lawn
Pillows of immortal icons
Adorn the many tombs
And there beneath the sod
Decay's the mortal heart
Kith and kin bereaved
O vibrant souls of sorrow great
Apt to share this gloomy fate
Love alone can we reprieve.
It thrives in the heart and mind
Eliven the memories left behind
When we're called to be nigh.
To all who find this poem to read
Death is the finality we achieve
But real love never dies. [comments] => 2 [counter] => 221 [topic] => 11 [informant] => gitty [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 10 [ratings] => 3 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => ChristianPoetry )
