The scent is warm,
and so's the trail.
Not just any girl will do.
Look around,
look around,
i'm after you.

Now this hound dog
has the speed.
And the knowledge
of your need.
And this trail
i'm running down.
Leads to you,
when your around.

To be that close,
right by your side.
Would make me
oh so satisfied.
I can't get that
just anywhere.
To get with you,
would get me there.

So if you like
houndogs, or don't.
You might like this one,
so I won't,
bark too loud,
or run on past.

Remember though,...
don't run too fast!

I'm a hound dog,
i'm a male.
The scent is warm,
and so's the trail.

Look around,
look around,
i'm after you.

Now this hound dog
