Time in short supply
Lies wasting away
Every emotion in a safe
This is today(X2)

Tomorrow is unpredictable
Yesterdays have stained today
You can think what you wish
Yet nothing will go away
Nothing is something
(When it escalates)

The strands of time frayed
The past won't be dead
History retold everyday
We are the pray of the unthought
Truth left unsought
Lies only heard throughout
In a world so high on morals
It has it backwards(X2)
Hypocrisy fills the foundation
Life is a dream within a dream
Harmony never achieved
The sands of time diminishing
Just like the blood spilling
(Near and far apart)
Wars and unrest siege us all
Nothing heard by the minority
In store is what has been building

Today is not a day for living
It should be a day for revolution
Everyone's choice to choose

Revolution Days

Time in short supply
Lies wasting away
Every emotion in a safe
This is today(X2)

I really liked this one, to me...it pointed out all the things I seem to notice about our society. But, hey, there are also many nice things about society...somtimes. :)

Seemed diffrent from what you write to..Course I do not do as I used to here.Your poem here is a great write..It seems to explore so much of what is all around us..
