on a day up ahead.
Past upheaval and sorrow.
Beyond all moments we dread.
In the house of tomorrow.
When that "THEN" becomes all.
Where whatever we borrow,
from lifes rise, or its fall,
can never be lost,
broken, misplaced.
Where all of our fears,
are so easily faced.
In the house of tomorrow.
In the room of our dreams.
In the bed of our making.
Where what is,
is what it seems.
When our eyes have adjusted,
to the light of pure love.
As all cause, and effect,
fit like hand in a glove.
Then the house of tomorrow,
will be the home this one's not.
We will know without asking,
all lifes questions forgot.
We will see without looking.
Feel without touch. As we turn without moving.
Where hearts small will gain much.
For some, the house of tomorrow,
will seem like Gods private joke.
Just distorted reflections
of mirrored grey smoke.
What we know of such mornings,
on such far away days.
Are not these distorted images.
They're of us, and our ways.
For the house of tomorrow
is our curse being blessed.
Our anguish departing.
Our exhaustion at rest.
Loves full manifestion.
Our greatest joys overflow.
To the house of tomorrow,
I so willingly go.

"For the house of tomorrow
is our curse being blessed"

This is my favorite line. All sins forgiven if we just say I am sorry, Father, for I have sinned and mean it. How easy it is to get to that house of tomorrow.

Rita
