ONE SINGLE SOLITARY CREATURE

Contributed by rhymeandreason on Monday, 15th March 2004 @ 07:06:55 PM in AEST
Topic: mystical

I'm just one single solitary creature,
multi-faceted by nature,
sometimes student,
sometimes teacher,
when something must be learned.
I am that one stab at adventure,
the last thought you censured,
as well as the slave that is still indentured
after freedom has been earned.

The mass, the essence,
stock-still, efferesence,
absolute, aquiesence,
from end to end, and all between.
I am the reclusive warm glad hander.
Not intrusive, until I jabber.
,
I am a full stroke
I am a dabber.
As well as the straight lines careen.
That is on target towards the circumspect.
The impulsive well planned "what the heck."
What's true that truth denies.
As well as all that this implies.
And this solitary creature ,
every day is the same old feature.
I'm just one hip-shot glint of knowledge
living on the edge of this world, not mine.
