Life abusah!
Had a life but wouldn't use it!
Kept it in a mason jar..
now he's fallen very fah!
He drank his drink
and he dreamed his dreams
and lost his mind.
the boy blew his seams..
And his mind unravelled
and his dreams fell out
and smashed to pieces
as they scattered about..
And he wandered hopeless
through his shattered mind
and walked the walk
of death defined
..in life..
He hated himself
and he feared the rest
and wondered why
he had pursued the best..
And why it had dun him
in such a way.
he'd followed the rules
but had to pay..
..for doing so..
He wanders still
and he wonders hard
as he gropes for answers
as he clutches the shard..
That was once his mind
and was once his dreams
and he hopes to GOD
its not as it seems..
That them that don't earned it
get the best
while them that do
are stuck with the rest..
With the shards and the shatters
the darkness and the cold
the fear and the hunger
and answers not told..
..and he hopes..
..and he prays..
..and he waits..
..and he cares..

*shivers* Ahh..... the flow is freaking sweet. I LOVE poems with an excellent flow to them, I must say (though I myself usually don't follow what I just said for some godforsaken reason). Anyhoo, groovy work..
