Messed Up Stranger

Contributed by Kellros on Thursday, 11th March 2004 @ 02:18:19 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

A Stranger paces relentlessly around in fear,
trembling and pondering trying to get himself into gear.

He unsheathes his blade from underneath his cloak,
darkness surrounds him once more through the years.

He talks and mumbles,
trying to decide...

Which way in the road to take,
because this decisions is his final of his lies

Countless hours pacing into nothingness,
hearing the wail of a beast,
a cry of a child,
an endless quest,
a fortuneless endevor,
just a choice to change his life forever...

Cooked up in his room, cramped he writes some dark poetry,
he mumbles to himself all the words while the night pass in all its dignity
He writes about dragons bold and damsels in destress pretty,
just to bad the hero is dead and the one in his place ain't witty

A knock again on the door, an appirition telling him to shut it,
even trying to refuse he tried to cut it,
it possessed him, made him crazy,
till today now he hasn't gone normal and some just call him lazy
