with sunshine, cotton clouds and gentle breeze,
green fields, country lanes, local people to chat to.
Take me away from here.

I don't care how far it is to walk
how difficult the journey nor what pain it gives.
no company at all required along the way.
Take me away from here.

If I promise never to be a sinner again,
attend church on a more than regular basis,
say prayers with my eyes wide shut, please,
Take me away from here.

Where is the happiness that I seek in this world?
All the things I've seen in pictures?
The glistenning and sparkling, smiling and laughing?
Take me away from here.

All that is here is blood and sharp death.
I can't stand all the noise that is around me.
This is not how the world should be.
Take me away from war.

When you go.... take me with you! Although I have never experianced war up close, the movies have been enough to teach me that I don't want to experiance it - ever! Maybe someday the petty people of the world will wake up and realize that blood will not wash away the pain inside, nor will it ever make the world a happy, peaceful place. Anyone or any government who says different is lying! Great write!!!! -jason

that film is a wake up call, dont you think. It was yuky wasnt it, I advised my son not to watch it but at the same time, you cant hide from it can you.

If you find Eden, let me know, and I will fight you for a place.

Penny.

Its not a matter of someone taking you away, you have to make that decision and do it for your self.
