A word you won’t let me say
Even though it describes you in every way
Our time together
Is like no other
The time we spent
I’ll never forget
You’ll never know how much I cared
All you need to know is it ain’t fair
To keep these feelings on the hush
To never yell you
That I love you so much
To never tell you
That I love you so
That I’ll hold you and never let you go
To never tell you
That you’ll always have a place in my heart
That I never want to ever see us part
To never tell you
Is a massive injustice
But I live my life like this
It’s crashing to a soul
To love someone…but never be whole
It destroys a man’s spirit
To love someone…but never show it
It’s compressing to my being
To say, beautiful, I love you
But only when I’m dreaming
Every word I bleed here is true
One last time…I love you
Each word written in stone
Every letter etched
Through the pain of being alone
Beautiful
Many thoughts of you my mind is stretched
Keeping these feelings inside me
I’m so stressed
You know
But you act like you don’t
When you ignore I get so depressed
A day without you
Is a day I don’t want to live through
If you knew the depth of the love I felt
You would offer your hand and lend me some help
Am I here to be the victim of your play
If you only knew what it took
To get my pen to display
The horrors of my soul
That my mind cant even say
I could go out and find another girl
One that’s nice and really cute too
But the love I give her
would have been meant for you
Beautiful
Any other girl not half as sweet
Would’ve already
Been swept off her feet
But you beautiful
Don’t even care
About my heart
And the love I have for you there
More broken than ever
Its gonna take a lifetime
To put these pieces together
Of my broken heart
Look at this cycle
You gave it its start
By disguising how you feel
I wanna know all you won’t tell
To know how you feel
And make sure you’re doing well
When your not around
My life’s a living hell
You’ll never know
The pain it took to write
in between these lines
The images of you that taunt my mind
To see you
Beautiful
And think
You’ll never be mine
Cause everyday my love grows deeper
More and more I realize you’re a keeper
Sometimes you seem to value my company
Other times you seem to barely notice me
A fly on the wall
A place in your heart
Which do I occupy
Catch me cause I’m gonna fall
Head over heels for you
Beautiful

Do you feel ungrateful
To be loved like this
And just turn and walk away
If you don’t care
Then the words I say
Shouldn’t bring a tear to your eye
If you don’t care
Then the words I write
Shouldn’t make you cry
I’m not saying I’m right
But this is how I feel

comes from the heart

I loved this. I can totally relate. Very rarely do you find a good poem that long. They usually start to lose their meaning towards the middle, but yours held through until the end. This guy once told me he knew I could have anyone I wanted. I responded with maybe. What I really wanted to say is then why not you? b/c I'll never love anyone the way I do you, I wish I would have had the courage to actually say that. I think were coming from a similiar place. And I'm gonna bookmark you so I won't forget and can keep looking for your stuff. So keep writting!!!

to be honest long poems aren't really my thing but this one had me reeled in from the start to finish...im glad it was long coz then it would've been too short and i would've been asking for more...awesome poem
