Array ( [sid] => 37633 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Tears From Heaven [time] => 2004-03-06 23:23:49 [hometext] => I was watching the news, when I came up with this one. It got to me a little too much. I had to write this, to relieve the pain in my heart. [bodytext] => Every day
somewhere in the world
someone innocent dies,
their life is
taken in vein,
tears from Heaven
fall on the
victims of society.

Every day
somewhere in the world
someone innocent
cries out racism,
they are being
called vulgar names,
tears from Heaven
fall on the
prey of other people.

Every day
somewhere in the world
someone is in pain,
no food to eat
they are dying
from starvation,
tears from Heaven
fall on the
hunger of the people.

Tears from Heaven
fall every day,
somewhere in the world.

Oh .... how true... how true.... it hurts my heart too... and we hear of it everyday... we try to help anyway we can... but we're fighting an invisible enemy... that is actually not invisible at all... 'cause the enmy we fight is right within our own hearts... unless we are willing to change then the tears from heaven will continue to fall...
Great write... keep up the good work
~Donna~

I have the same reaction. The inhumanity in this world is getting worse, not better. It breaks my heart and no matter how much we try to do it seems to be getting worse. We won't have to wait for God to come because we will destroy ourselves long before then.

Very good write. It shows much passion, concern for the fellowman or women.
Keep up the good work and I hear every word of this.
