Soaring with the bees and birds
Crawling across a moonlit wall
Bouncing questions, like a ball

Set in stone these words of motion, carry me into my ocean

Spring bring love, and offspring near
Summers heat, and silent fear
Autumns death, dormant trees
Winters breath, a floating breeze

Watching as these seasons pass, sitting in tall trees and grass

Raining hard, the droplets fall
Water flows at natures call
Fluid are these feeling fast
Rivers dance and show the past

Rain cant be without water, like a war without the slaughter

Written here these words of ink
Pages where the thoughtless think
Books of riddles, and rhymes the same
Stories where the pens to blame

The page is where the talents read, it flows from where the poet bled. I love this...You really captured the thoughts, meaning, and emotion of writing poetry. Plus you did it with rhyming and without being corny about it. Awesome work. Great job. I hope to read more five star poems from you in the future.

I have always wanted to write a poem about poetry, but was never able to capture it like you have here. This is full of creativity and talent, a true joy to read.

Truly,

It's all good, but this is my favorite stanza, and the third line of this is my favorite line.
Love that!
