That your mind's consumed with the whispers you hear
If you've never woken covered in a cold sweat and screaming
Trying to convince yourself you were only dreaming
You can never understand

If you've never watched your blood roll down your hand
Making you so weak you can barely stand
If you've never felt the blade kiss your skin
To try and purge the pain within
You can never understand

If you've never wanted to run from the thoughts in your mind
Just hide away and leave everything behind
If you've never stood with friends and felt completely alone
And emptiness is the only thing you've ever really known
You can never understand

Awesome. I love your poem. It was really emotional. And your right, no one really understands what your going through. Not even if they tried. Great work.
