Caught in a state of panic

To see it as it was

To be back there again
Where all is how it should be

These ideas will drive me crazy
They are with me all the time

It makes me sad to see the future
When the past is only fading

But to be back there again
The place that makes me happy
to be back there again.....

Another day flashes by so fast
what is there to show

Caught in a state of panic
The things we will never know

The price I wouldnt pay
To see it as it was

To be back there again
Where all is how it should be

aw ths makes me a bit sad but i suppose thats good that your poetry has the power to touch peopkes emotions, somtimes moving on is really diffucult i know, its a really good poem

Nice. It's a pretty sad poem, I feel you. I'm starting college in a few months and I suppose it will feel like this too. Thanks for sharing this poem and hugs to you.
