Yet not can i see, This place i might be.

I focus my eyes, looking in to this black,
Now i begin to see, my own face staring back to me.

In the distance a sound, may it be a voice from all around. I listen very hard, yet nothing is found.

Finaly from one direction, from in front, past the waves. Calling me to walk in, no longer i feel brave.

This voice i do not know, should i stay or should i follow.

The sickness i feel, yearning to heal. I look for one more, only one more i am sure.

Stepping forward, expecting cool water lapping at my feet, following the voice in, feeling nothing but defeat.

The pain comes, to every joint and knuckle. Holding my stomach, screaming as i buckle.

Wishing it to finish, to finally end. Having burnt all my family, every friend. My only help, the devil, for his hand i send.

The voice, now so loud, my ears burst. Life, no longer my thirst. Now i understand, from fate, i am cursed.

Sheer agony, my mouth open, i cannoy scream. Wishing this all a bad dream.

All this pain will go away, if only i can last that one last day.

The devil draws near, his stench i no longer fear. "I am your friend, I can help you heel", The pain, sudden wanting, nothing other can i feel.

My own nails tearing my away my skin, no longer can i avoid this sin.

Scalding water, lapping at my waist "Oh devil come to me with haste".

The slightes prick is all i can feel, and slowly, i begin to heal. With its loving flow, taking away the pain. I feel it go.

Back on the beach colour starts its return and my need, no longer does it burn.

No more pain, no more agony. Everything now fine. Untill next time....
