He thinks of his son, begins to weep
His son killed himself a couple weeks ago
His son kept his feelings inside never did they show
There are many things in life you should see
Don’t keep asking the question, “Why me?”
Remember the good times not the bad
Don’t hold back your feeling of being sad
The son thought he had nothing to live for
But he was really loved to the core
He would have grown up to be a doctor
Gotten married, and would protect her
They would have had kids, prolly 2 or 3
But now that can’t happen, it cannot be
The dad wonders about his son’s short life
He wonders who would have been his wife.
His son killed himself way too soon
Never will he share a meal with his son at noon
As he lays in bed, crying
He wants to be strong he’s trying
This isn’t a pain a dad should know
So just let your true feeling show.

Topic: Suicide

Up in bed as he sleeps
He thinks of his son, begins to weep
His son killed himself a couple weeks ago
His son kept his feelings inside never did they show
There are many things in life you should see
Don’t keep asking the question, “Why me?”
Remember the good times not the bad
Don’t hold back your feeling of being sad

Never will he share a meal with his son at noon
