I never knew I had a heart until i saw you cry
I never knew I could be heard until you listened to me
I never knew that I was human until you gave me humility
I never knew that I could smile until you made me laugh
I never knew a work of art until I took your photograph
I never knew that I could feel until I held you in my arms
I never knew that I could care until I caused you harm
I never knew that I could hurt until I felt your pain
I never knew that I was wrong until you showed me I was vain
I never knew a song until the day I heard your voice
I never knew my heart could break until you made your choice
I never knew that I could love until I felt your lips
I never knew that I could beg until I asked you this
I never knew forgiveness until it was denied
I never knew that I could fail until the day i tried
I never knew I was alone until you left me behind
But I know Ill always love you. Please be my Valentine.
Im sorry Maria. Please forgive me.
