Something to keep me warm on cold nights
and in good company when i'm alone
soothing in speach
and angelic in affection
you are someone i know, but not enough.
you are so close now
and i feel the urge more and more to speak
but i hold my tounge,
in fear of rejection, or akwardness.
i dont know if i'll ever be able to tell you how i feel.
but should you ever come upon this poem
and know that it is to you,
my sweet someone,
should you ever come upon this poem...
know that i'll always be there to catch you if you fall
or to be a sholder to cry on.
or by some stretch the one you fall in love with.
in any case know that i'll never leave
and that i'll always these feelings.
and if this poem should find no one
it will have been the confession of a romantic. [comments] => 3 [counter] => 255 [topic] => 21 [informant] => Strat [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => Lifepoems )
