I think about my father in heaven.
Remembering that He died for our sins
on the cross.

Every night before I go to bed
I read a chapter in the book of
Matthew about Judas betraying
his only son.

When I think of happy stuff
I think about my father in heaven
Remembering that he died for our
sins on that cross that he had to carry.

When I think to myself why he had to carry
that cross I always remember that he
died for my sins and everyone elses sins.

This one is Number 2

Sitting outside
Looking up into the
Sky.

To see visions in the clouds
On a sunny day

Did he make those visions
Did he tell the clouds to form
That why for the people to see.

I don’t know all I know is
That He my father in Heaven
Is the one that has created this
World that we all live in today.

Sitting outside
Looking up into the
Sky.

It sounds like you have a good friend in that youth minister's wife. I had a teacher once named Mrs. Iglar who kept telling me to write poems because she thought I had a talent. It was through her that I think I did develop a talent. This poem is deep and good, and I give it a 4.7 on the Nortiscale.
