So it is with a mixture of happy and sad that I write this. Sometimes things just can't work I guess. [bodytext] => Posters

I still have the posters we colored
sitting side by side in front of the t.v.
You know the ones I am talking about.
You were trying to create balance,
instead you used two different blues in the boarder.
We laughed about it.
You picked the juggler, similar to yourself.
Full of mystery, surrounded with amusing things to pass the time.
All the while still controlling what he did not quiet have in his hands.
I picked the butterflies, flying wild and free.
With the big LOVE in the background.
The only thing those posters had in common were the colors used to paint between the lines.
Funny, that for all we shared, even than we knew how different we were.
Now here we are separated by time and distance.
You picked another one of your amusing things to juggle,
and I flew even further away from love.
I guess the only thing we share now is we both get blue.
Baby I bet even than it is two different shades. [comments] => 3 [counter] => 216 [topic] => 24 [informant] => spaded [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 4 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LoveRemembered )

Your poem reads true. You give a clear picture of a broken relationship -- not easy when you are one of the principles.

Well done,
aern+

Well written for the intent of which you wanted to share. Its never an easy event in one's life to share your differences and put the balances into place to work with what you already have in common. The colors can ring different shades, however, if the one cannot work, then it cannot work without the other.
Good but sad write.
Amber Rose :)

This was a really well written write. You allow the reader to make the connection between the posters and yourself as you do it. Very well done!
