Array ( [sid] => 35710 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Daddy [time] => 2004-02-20 18:16:44 [hometext] => This is one of the first poems I wrote, a long time ago, so I hope you all like it. I'm a major daddy's girl and maybet his will explain why. Plz post your comments. [bodytext] =>
i never told daddy all the bad things id done.
i never told daddy that i was in love with someone.
i never told daddy when i wanted a new dress.
i never told daddy when my room was such a mess.
i nevertold daddy so many things about me,
but it didnt matter, because daddy understood me.

daddy knew that i was sorry,
whenever i did something wrong.
daddy knew that i wanted something,
to make me feel like i belonged.
daddy always seemed to care,
daddy always wanted to be there.
daddy never let me down,
when my life was turned upsidedown.

so id like to thank my daddy,
and show him how much i really care.
because daddy always loved me,
and he showed me how he cared.

so daddy with my whole heart,
ill love you so,
and daddy with my whole heart,
ill never let you go.

This is very sweet. Aren't Daddy's just the greatest thing in the world. I posted a poem today about my Daddy too. They are a gift from heaven, for sure.
