The darkness is made up of pain and lies

The darkness is clinging on to me
I can't figure out how
To find the light so I can see
Waiting for the sun to shine
So it can kill this pain of mine
But I'm inside this tiny room
Behind this darkness lies my tomb
The light has refused to show
So I'll sit here all alone

The darkness is cloaked over my eyes
The darkness is made up of pain and lies
Because of this I cannot see
Cannot see what you're doing to me
You've made me something that I'm not
The chance for a normal life has now been shot
Don't you know what you're doing is wrong
You are the reason why I wrote this song
Things are black now
