I thought I conquered this,
But the demon still has me
I'm losing self-control,
And I'm screaming for you to kill me
Tears foaming downward
All muddied and empty

All that matters isn't whats foremost
Trying to find some escape
Entranced with my scars and feeling pain
Enchanted with dying
And I'm feeling the fear
Oh, please kill me
Or burn away the *****

Crying, alone on this mountain
Craving the solitude, but despising it
I'm that much closer to you,
But still so far away
Trapped in this pit
Foaming, ranting, raving,
Cutting, bleeding, dying,
But freedom is beyond me
And my mind can't grasp peace
As it slips from my bloodied hands [comments] => 8 [counter] => 155 [topic] => 13 [informant] => bobotheclown [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => DarkPoetry )

Perfect Joel. I won't type much because of my Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, but I will let you know how much I can relate to this poem. Amazing.

Wonderful piece. It definetely darkens my mind. I enjoyed reading your poems very much joel. They somehow remind me of the past I left behind only viewed in a different perspective. I hope you always continue to amaze me as you are now.

Kisses,
~Soulless~
