Array ( [sid] => 35143 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => the fallen's plea [time] => 2004-02-15 21:54:53 [hometext] => This is really the first poem i wrote down and kept. its very personal. [bodytext] => Impossible to tell its end
whether infinite or not i cannot say.
It goes positively towards love and acceptance,
negatively towards hate and jealousy.
My fall ever increasing,
the balance tipped into the dark depths.
The center of the descent marked
by the head of fire at your side,
whose very presence burned
my strength to ash.
My dignity consumed in her flame.
The jeering that surrounds my life
seems only to feed her fire.
Do you not see the flame?
Or do you see cherubic beauty haunting my shadow?
So it seems and diminishes me by day.
Her flame seeks my, threatening to swallow,
and destroy my very existence.
How lowly i have become!
How much farther can i possibly fall
before i can rest in the ashes of hell?
Or can i be saved?
Where is my promised savior?
The more i cry for redemption the faster i tumble.
Savior is blinded by the flame, my unfurling a mystery, my cry on deaf ears.
Begging redemption from my beautiful one,
my eyes pleading with a deadened heart.
Oblivious to the torture, oh my divine!
Return your heart!
Let me climb up from the fire inside!
Let me be cleansed!
Let me be your beautiful one! [comments] => 4 [counter] => 169 [topic] => 22 [informant] => antares [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LostLove )

The format is foregin to me. Wonderfuly beautifal. The falmes ingulf you as you fall and ashes fly yet you don't die. Ingenious! Such pain and suffering. I trust based on a true story. Good write. Mark my words. From your pain and ash your rose will rise. Be it black or red...Well thats for you to deside isnt it..........
