of a deceitful heart?

Can one go on from all the pain or
does ones charred ashy soul remain
from the aftermath of it all?

Do you hear the lonely calls of all the fallen?
Do you sit and wonder why and what reason?

The answer to me is some shall never mend or find the hope to carry on they burn out and fade away
their worlds are endless shambles etched in black and gray they know not love but are decayed

Great write! Very complex questions entered in your poem.
