Candle candle light this night
Guide us through the dreary halls
Lead the way as darkness falls
Brighten the darkest corridors
And help me throughout life
Candle candle melting away
Burns out at the break of day
The light is gone
So is the night
The path is now visible
But not too soon darkness falls
I peer at my window
And see the candle
The light so intense
And going strong
I hold on tight
As if something was wrong
But everything fine and so am I
Like the candle I am
I burn brighter everyday
Until the wick burns away
That will be the time
When the candle is snuffed
That I will remain an undying light

Candle candle burning bright
Candle candle light this night
Guide us through the dreary halls
Lead the way as darkness falls
