so much sadness, so much pain
can your life really be in vain
your thoughts leave me breathless wanting to cry.
so much anger, hurt and strain.
open a window open a door let the light in
be in darkness no more.
this life is your oyster, open the door let the light in, be in darkness no more.
the wind in your hair the breeze on your face open the door be in darkness no more, the warm summer sun, the bright summer sky come away from your sadness, come away from your pain.
open your heart let your soul shine again
