Or is it not ok to vent, or lash out except for an abusive stain
Is it ok to be yourself if you’re just really being you?
Or does one says, “it’s ok” when it isn’t, facing facades will do
Is it ok to live by the minute of life, knowing its harsh to face it
Or does one do what is mundane, as it is, struggling none too ecstatic
Is it ok to be different, the sake of being the same as others, because of your difference?
Or does one feel the need of pressure to blend in, must have the same semblance
Are having friends someone you see daily at work, nobody at all outside of work
Or does one find out email friends care and the work friends are like a split fork
Is living anywhere you don’t know anyone make you feel like an outsider looking in
Or for those who never knew any other but the birthplace, comfortable always trusting
Is ok to believe in our Faith of God, to keep hope, love, peace, alive
Or does one squelch their desire of Faith, and lose that sense of hope and want to die
Is ok to be anyone we want to be, you know, freedom of life to choose
Or is Communism coming soon to The USA to see that we ALL loose
Is it ok to count the days it use to be, the time you ended your old life
Now, I can count the months to years, seeing so much strife
I just know I’m lonely and have nothing else better to do for now
So thinking about life and what it means is for my mind of words to allow
So be it, just my opinions you see, not pushing or holding anyone to them
I just know I think too much and really need to find some fun on a whim
The perspective of life is only the beginning
However, I can only see more life coming to me, perhaps maybe my mind can stop spinning!!
