Then everyone would that I'd be with you
Standing in the moonlight
Dancing with the shadows that see us fly
Up high
So that we may touch the stars and smile
Hold my hand, for a while
Embrace me close, and tell me all the things I have
Always wanted
Just to see you smile
Just to have a touch
Just to see you in a dream
I'd be happy
In yesterday....
Tomorrow I wake up in my bed
With you lying next to me
I wanted to show you how
To dance with clouds
Dance with the clouds.

But it seems that life is but a dream
Where things are not what they seem
I cry each night in loneliness
Without a shoulder to lean on
No one's there to hold my hand
No one's there to dance with me
Because it's just a dream

Stars of your eyes
They show me how
How much you love me.
The way you smile when I'm in your arms,
I'm speechless and lost for words.
And I will tell you when I'm alone
And I think about your touch
If things were not just a dream
I would dance the night
Holding you tight
The stars in your eyes
They tell me how much
You love me.

But it seems that love is but a dream
Where things are not what they seem
I cry each night in loneliness
Without a shoulder to lean on
No one's there to hold my hand
No one's there to dance with me
Because it's just a dream

A difficult poem to read but most powerful poems are. Very touching it brought a tear to my eye.
