With the hungry and insane

People with broken hearts all around
Hoping love for them can be found

How can a person be treated as a piece of dirt
When their hearts are beautiful under there shirts

I wish in some way i could provide assistance
But their hesitant and retaliate with resistance

I pray for them every night i go to bed
I pray that their being sheltered and fed

Their is so many that suffer on this earth
Their lives were written the minute of their birth

So many have died
The tears in their eyes they have cried

How can a person be treated so badly
When i think of their pain i cry sadly

Treat people as you want to treated
When your at your dinner table comfortably seated

Think of how they feel
Because their pain is the most real

I'm so godsmacked right now! This poem is absolutley incredible and completly true, and the way in which you write it, completly complents the entire poem and emphizises what you want to say, and allows the emotion to just flow seemless in the poem.
WOW

Wow that is such an awsome poem. It really hits hard. Well done. I love the style and the way it makes you think.

"Treat people as you want to be treated".I agree with that but I always feel like I'm in the minority with this opinion.
If everyone learnt to get along better the world would be a much nicer place
