The girl who sits in front of me,
She is everything I wish I could be,
She’s pretty, clever, popular too,
But nobody knows me, they just say ‘Who?’
This girl reminds me of a dove,
Soaring high in the clouds above
Compared to her I’m just a crow,
That no one really wants to know.
I wish I had half the friends she had,
It’s everything about her, it drives me mad Maybe one day I could be like that.
Instead of this person ugly and fat.

This is a very nice poem, albeit sad. I wish I could do something to help you feel better...My first impression is that you are a talented poet, and somebody i'd love to know.

True beauty is found inside, and believe me, your poetry shows how much of that you have. If 'she' is a dove, then you are a rose.

starlight... that was said gracefully, although i completely disagree with the last stanza. she may have a lot of "friends" but what else does she really have? you have so much more inside of you then that. your poetry is just one beautiful of the puzzle that is you. keep writing. i really enjoy it. :)
