the one that took, our nation down,
I walk in time, I never knew,
but I walk today, because of you,
For on that day, I also fell,
a cloud so dark, it looked like hell,
But once inside, I found a spark,
a seraph, sent to take your part,
For on that day, you didn't die,
away you traveled, into the sky,
You left us here, without a trace,
a mark so deep, we can't erase,
Because of you, we just began,
maybe one day, we'll understand,
If what I see, inside this cloud,
a group of angels, walking proud,
Maybe you can, help me heal,
the human heart, with this appeal,
Inside they need, a gentle touch,
to mend their soul, and heart and such,
They also need, to wipe the tears,
that's been placed on them for years,
A hand to hold, a lot of love,
please help me out, from up above,
They need a light, to get them through,
this darkened day, that made them blue,
A warming hug, a tender breeze,
to soothe their souls .... a giant squeeze,
A smile, from a long lost friend,
a harmony song, that has no end,
If in time they need a guide,
send them angels, from the sky!
