I feel the cold as it wraps its icy fingers around my throat
I believe the lies I am told and breathe them in till I choke
I see the sky falling in, and pray for an eternal antidote

I sense your eyes bleeding; they hurt as they see my pain
I wonder when everyone will stop playing this game
I want to know when people will just let me die
I cry screams, can’t you let me fall into the sky

I slowly calm down as I no longer fear death
I gather everything and nothing I have left
I wish and hope you will all let go of me
I don’t dare turn back; it is time, it must be
