With no thought of the effects they bring

Now that love is gone, forever is in the past
You said that you speak the truth, and never lie
Now you say go to hell, and you want me to die

You said beauty is within the eye of the beholder
All I see now is eyes of age, stares growing colder
You said we would never part, and forever be bound
Now you say f*ck off, within you hatred I have found

You said we would be together, till death do us part
Now you cant stand me, you made hatred an art
All I could do is put up with it, but now not any more
Now its time to put it all behind me and close this door

You are a living anchor, a deadweight keeping me down
You do nothing but create misery and reasons to frown
To stay around and put up with it, there are few benefits
Now I know there more to life than you giving me the sh*ts

wow!! that is a strong poem. I am in love with someone right now and one of my fears is that they will do what your poem described. great write.
