Array ( [sid] => 3301 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Stupid Whiteboy [time] => 2002-09-03 09:44:06 [hometext] => If you read this, you might get the impression that I may be a racist or that I stereotype people often. Well just so you know...I am not a racist. But I do plead guilty to the ladder, it's just part of life. [bodytext] => Another heated discussion
Our relationship's lined in chalk
We needed a little time apart
So I decided to take a walk
I took a left at the street
I'll probably just make the block
But time and distance float away
As my mind digests this schlock
I look over my left shoulder
Pathetic souls in a welfare line
I look over to my right
Now I'm a witness to a crime
But once I passed the river
Well I knew I'd gone to far
A group of black guys came up to me
And said, "Do you know where you are?"

"Hey, stupid whiteboy, you're in the wrong part of town."
"Hey, stupid whiteboy, we should beat your a-- down."
"Because there's nowhere to run, nowhere to hide,"
"You're in our hood, and we don't like your kind,"
"Because you're white."

Something about them struck me funny
And I couldn't help but laugh
They said, "You stupid honkey,
We're gonna kick your a--."
Well that didn't sound to pleasant
So I began to run
But I didn't get very far
Before they all pulled out a gun
Now bullets whizzing through the air
As I try to bob and weave
But my back explodes in writhing pain
And blood now covers my sleeve
I collapse on to the pavement
My clothes all drenched in red
But three more shots for safety's sake
To make sure I'm really dead

"Hey, stupid whiteboy, you're in the wrong part of town."
"Hey, stupid whiteboy, lying dead on the ground."
"We warned you what might happen, but you came anyway."
"Now you'll never get up, you'll never see another day."
"Because you're white."

We have to stop this madness
These violent hate crimes must end
Another shot up whiteboy
He might have been your friend
We must learn to live together
Start working towards a truce
Lend a helping hand, across this land
Or help to cultivate our youth

that really was good. it would make a good song, or rap if you're into that. you responded to one of my poems, or my 'joke poems', discriminately and it was about a black guy named lamar.
