you think you have it bad?
well quess what,
family is all i had
but that wasn't a whole lot
my family hated me
cuz i smoked pot
i had friends
but not any that i could trust
holding my secrets in
was a must
money,
we didn't have any
i'd be lucky
if i even found a penny
i hated it,
it was like living in the dark
i tried to hide it as much as i could
so that you couldn't even tell
but really, it was horrible
it was living hell
on top of it all, I didn't even have anyone to go home to
not even a dad
now, let me ask you again

I'm sorry for your bad life, but I feel for this poem. It makes me want to cry,and stop before I say my life is hard. No one has it that bad. Thanks for pointing out something important.

Very good work here.
It's sad that your family hated jus for that. A family is suppose to support u.
I raised three children I raised alone without their father. They know they can come to me with anything.
When they were old enuff to make decisions about pot or drinking they brought their friends home with them and did their thing. I'd much rather see um smoke pot than drink.
'Courus I got talked about but the teens stayed off the streets and out of trouble.
Good work!
Thanks for sharing. Hope u find someone to share life with instead of being degraded for being u. That's really sad.
hugg, luv,
emy

Thats how I feel...I feel like I was disowned because I came to this private school when I was three years old...Mom put my sister in a foster care home..brother is a pot head and moved to Florida with my stp-father who is also a pot head...Real father is in jail...Haven't had grandparents since I was four...I see my mother like once a year..and I think I know how you feel...because I don't have all that much money either...
This is a very good poem...
Luv,
Jamie
