Couldn't help it, had to stare

I looked into his little eyes
A saw an angel in disguise

A little, helpless, human boy
A tiny sparkling bit of joy

A tiny body, frail and weak
A tiny mouth, that has yet to speak

The little arms he moves around
And barely ever makes a sound

And though in sorrow he came out

I held the little child with care
Couldn't help it, had to stare

I looked into his little eyes
A saw an angel in disguise

A little, helpless, human boy
A tiny sparkling bit of joy

A tiny body, frail and weak
