Weaving Dreams

Contributed by Merry on Monday, 19th January 2004 @ 12:27:49 PM in AEST
Topic: FriendshipPoetry

A gentle and romantic heart
Tender words and loving thoughts
Her kind good nature welcomed me
And we felt so sisterly

Our hurts and hopes we shared
Understanding from the start
Soon our notes we compared
And we made each other laugh

In a moment we can be lost
Fate can whisk us fast away
So my dear friend I want to say
I think of you everyday

All your friends are sending cheer
Get well wishes and sympathy
We wish we could dry your tears
So we'll try with poetry
