[bodytext] => Once we were such vibrant teens,
Blossoming forth from youth. Shooting straightway to adulthood, Seeking happiness and truth. Then one by one we parted ways, And walked off with new mates. We found joy and had girls and boys, With their diapers, bikes, and skates. Could we but slow the hands of time, To enjoy them a little longer. For as they depart one at a time, This feeling grows much stronger. So soon they leave no longer cleave. The silence overwhelming. What really made our house a home, Were The children in my dwelling.
