Array ( [sid] => 31944 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Der Alter Soldat [time] => 2004-01-17 12:49:45 [hometext] => We always callously send our troops to war, without thinking, when we are angry and insecure. Here's the resuts of such rash thinking. Another thing. Some say that my anger towards government is unjustified, this is about how people are manipulated. [bodytext] => Der alter Mann guckt,
Aber er sieht nichts;

Doch der Soldat nun ist blind. [comments] => 6 [counter] => 183 [topic] => 57 [informant] => Menelaus [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => german [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 4 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 0 [associated] => [topicname] => war )

I think I understand a bit, lets see. when goverment sit in power, and sends soldiers to war. We go blindly and most of the time we know for naught. But what the goverment want us to know..
Great poem.

I think Samuel Jackson said it best in Pulp Fiction: ENGLISH MUTHA F*CKER! DO YOU SPEAK IT!?
